A private boutique investment and management company, Hathor strives to create value by investing in and managing entrepreneurial ventures. We are headquartered offshore (BVI) as a means of asset and financial protection and shareholder confidentiality. We have offices in Hong Kong and Thailand. Despite some US sentiment, the Asia region still represents some of the fastest growing economies in the world, labor is inexpensive and the GDP of every Asian nation is on the rise.

We help to minimize the risk associated with starting a company by providing the necessary analysis, business planning and operational & financial management support necessary to see a business from start-up to successful sustainability.

Management Philosophy
Our management is strong, but we do not want to manage companies. Hathor builds its portfolio on entrepreneurial people and their ideas. We help these entrepreneurs turn their possibilities into reality. The three elements needed to make this happen, namely people, ideas and resources are represented by the three ascending and growing blocks of our logo, combined with the solid typography of the HATHOR name representing the firm foundation the company provides.

Our strength is our experience. With experience comes the ability to limit risks and to increase the likelihood for success. We help you make wise decisions on the front end, eliminating much of the mistakes made by people during their early entrepreneurial ventures. In other words, we won't let you make so many of the same mistakes we, and many others have already made.

We are entrepreneurs with financial & operational skills and we know how to sell and drive revenue. We are more interested in revenue creation than shareholder creation. Yet shareholder "value creation" is one of our core competencies.

Our Objective
We invest in Lifestyle-oriented companies and the technologies to help run and manage Lifestyle businesses. Lifestyle can mean anything that promotes one's Lifestyle. Be it education, fine wine, travel, golf, exquisite cigars, holistic health centers or day spas. We also invest in technologies that help us to better manage the acquisition and day-to-day operations of our Lifestyle companies.

Hathor's overall objective is to focus on Lifestyle products, services and solutions for consumers, initially in Asia and later moving to other global markets. With our current technologies we are able to grow globally with marginal impact on our costs.
